Is there a long-term contract or commitment?
No long-term commitment. All plans are month-to-month with the option to switch to annual billing for a 20% discount. You can cancel, upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing dashboard.
What happens during the 14-day trial?
Full access to the Scale tier — no credit card required. Connect your channels, import historical orders, and run your operation as if you'd already onboarded. Data you create during trial migrates straight into your paid workspace.
How does data migration work?
We provide guided importers for the most common platforms (Linnworks, Brightpearl, Veeqo, Cin7, NetSuite, Khaos, Volo). On Growth and above we include up to two onboarding sessions with a specialist.
Can I add more team seats?
Yes. Additional seats are £18 per user per month on Starter and Growth, included up to the plan cap on Scale, and unlimited on Enterprise. Seats can be added or removed mid-cycle and are pro-rated automatically.
What if I exceed my monthly order volume?
No surprise overage fees. We'll notify you at 80%, 95%, and 100% of plan capacity and recommend an upgrade. Orders continue to flow without interruption — we don't throttle live operations.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or startups?
Yes — we offer 50% off for registered charities and a Founders programme for early-stage brands trading under £400k/year ARR. Apply through our sales team and we'll confirm within 48 hours.
